Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Overview
HN Imaginations Mall is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of its products, including HNothing, Hlumelo Nyaluza Luxury Bags, and all other items sold on the platform. This policy applies to all purchases made through the official website or approved sales channels.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched.
2.2 Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as
a return request under this policy.
2.3 Where cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment
method within a reasonable processing period depending on the payment provider.
3. Returns Policy
3.1 Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
3.2 To qualify for a return, the product must be:
● Unused and in original condition
● Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
● Not damaged, altered, or modified in any way
3.3 Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
3.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or
incorrectly supplied.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds will only be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
4.2 Approved refunds may be issued as:
Original payment reversal, or
Store credit (where applicable and agreed)
4.3 Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider
and banking systems.
4.4 Shipping fees, insurance costs, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return
is due to an error by HN Imaginations Mall.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify HN Imaginations Mall
within 48 hours of delivery.
5.2 The company may offer:
Replacement of the same product
Repair (where applicable)
Refund (subject to assessment approval)
5.3 Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required before processing the claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
● Custom-made or personalised luxury bags
● Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
● Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
7. Right to Refuse Returns
HN Imaginations Mall reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if:
● The item shows signs of use or alteration
● The return request is made outside the allowed period
● The product is not in resale condition
